The fake drums are a lot closer to real drums than the fake guitars; you might actually be learning a transferable skill!

I'd like to think so! It would be nice to get a real drum set some day when my neighbors aren't so close.

Hopefully you are better at the little plastic drums than me - I've been stuck at medium for two years. :(

Playing most songs on expert. A few of the hardest ones are still impossible, but I'm getting there!

For the walk, can you just show up? Any excuse not to have to do laundry.... :-)

Absolutely. It's good to know who's coming, at least for an estimate, and I recommend joining the yahoo group, where you can find my phone number in case you need to call for directions/lateness.

I wish I was close enough to go on one of these walks.

Mushrooms grown on mulch made from bay and eucalyptus leaves experience changes in flavour and, to a small degree, in colour, while those grown on bay leaves are better in quality.

I would totally go on your nature walk. Most people probably don't know near enough to know that you didn't know what a weed that was growing in the sidewalk crack was called. You can just walk by it and they'd never notice that you didn't point it out.

That's my favorite stuff! If you come to boston some time I'll plan one around your visit. :)
