Hey I recently submitted a story I posted on Urbis to a magazine. I haven't found out yet if it was accapeted. Recently though I was wondering if the story does end up getting published am I allowed to have it posted on the internet and if not how do I remove it from the sight. I'm posting this question here because I don't know where else to ask.

It depends on the rules of the magazine. A lot of publishers don't want to publish things that have been published, and according to most, posting things publicly on the 'net is publishing. But Urbis also has a feature where you can make it private or something. I forget what it does exactly. So, you'd have to talk to the editors of the magazine if it gets picked and see what they say. I'm not an expert, so I'm not 100% sure.
