-Work is bugging me. Mainly because I'm not working. I'm being given the bare minimum of hours it seems, and while I am available to be called in, it just seems kind of ridiculous. I'm not at school, I've got more free time than I need, the high school students are getting more hours than I am and they still have school. I need the money. How else ( Read more... )

o_o Damn, I need to watch BSG eventually. That backstory sounds interesting to me.

Personally, I liked Torchwood series 2 a LOT more than the first. It's still kinda campy and ridiculous, but I felt like they put a bit more thought into it this time around.

And good luck with work. Try your best to keep it, jobhunting right now is a pain.

Yes, you do. Oddly enough, the backstory is pretty recent information, but it all connects into the show so well.

I'll look forward to it then. I liked Series 1 quite a bit, so I'm sure it will be good.

Damn. Well I'm at work 7 hours a day and I don't do anything. Literally. Like here I am on LJ; and I'm at work. Almost time for my glorious 1 hour lunch break; maybe I'll skip my two 15 minute breaks as well. *slacks*

Nah; well we work on projects and stuff but I usually don't have much to do. So far I've been writing tax term definitions (in French) so it is extreeeeeeeemely boring, but there's only so many revenu quebec tax manuals I can read before I run out of words to even define. I also make weird lists and posters and stuff, I dunno.

My boss today shot an elastic band out of my cubicle and hit a lady. Twice. Then she gave me giant poster boards from last year's manager meeting and idk what to do with them. Maybe make a giant card house in my dungeon cubicle.

And now I literally do not have a project until Friday. Hmm.
