It's not even the curses. It's that we get so keyed up waiting for them that we don't even get to enjoy the brief reprieves.

At least the snow is starting to melt, even if it's not what you would call warm. Maybe I'll go for a walk in Xanadu, later. I need to get outside.

It's possible I've had too many cups of coffee this morning.

Too much caffeine can be bad for your system. Usually you crash a couple hours later.
