Seattle wildlife

Seattle's Cascade Park is a small but vibrant oasis in the S. Lake Union neighborhood (where Amazon has its offices and operations). Whenever I visit there, I'm sure to get some great photos of flowers and birds. It took a lot of patience to photograph this little one, though.

Greetings from Seattle! This is my first community post--and actually my first LJ activity in 6 years.

When I am not working, I wander with my camera to see who or what crosses my path. In this case, it was a White-Crowned Sparrow near the King St. Station.
