urban gardening in Baltimore City

My husband and I have a small porch outside our apartment's sliding glass doors. We've turned it into a garden using containers and overlaying bricks and dirt upon the concrete that already existed. Ooh, Baltimore, that's where I live :)

We live in within city limits and lately we've seen foxes and deer (!) in our yard.

I'm just inside Baltimore City too. I haven't seen any living foxes but I did see a gorgeous red that had been hit by a car on Frederick Road. I have had raccoons visit my bedroom windows, though.

after 5 years of walking our dogs in the park, we've seen more bunnies in different places this year than we have ever before - some of them way more urban than you'd think.
