Second interview wasn't so much an interview as a way to tell me to my face their not giving me the job. So apparently they liked my enthusiasm for the work but maintain that I'm over qualified to be a researcher and should apply for a more senior position. Which is good news, I think, but I still don't have a job prospect.  The female interviewer
