I believe Ulta is apart of the Sephora family, but it's half high end products and half drug store products. So if you wear Covergirl or need some Neutrogena products, you can pick it up and then go across the store and mix in some Too Faced or Urban Decay or Iman or a lot of other pricey products.
Actually it's good to peruse luxury clothing stores because even if you can't afford the stuff that's in there, you know what trends and quality to look for in lower-end stores.
