I saw the movie when I was younger and it was my favorite for a long time. I don't think I knew there was a book though; I'll have to read it online! I remember wanting to be Sara. She was so inspiring and good natured.

the book is better than the movie. but i was so obsessed with the book that when the movie came out it was just extra love. you should so read it! its lovely. i think youll like. i hope you will.

i loved that movie. i don't even think i was that young when i saw it.

i think some stories never stop giving you that idea and sense that magic is real. and thank god for those movies, i never want that blissful part of me to rest for too long.

the secret garden is another really great story (in book or movie form!)

i dont think i have any childhood stories really. i read a lot of paul jennings and rhold dahl, but that was slightly older ... oh and babysitters club! haha.

Oh I loved that book too!! I always liked the beginning the best though because I loved it when she got all the fancy clothes. I want to go find my copy now and read it again, haha!
