Dream § When they were young...

Mmh.

[ He'd fallen asleep reading Icha Icha on a large branch of a tree, and wakes up with a slight yawn, scratching at his mask with a finger. The memory leaves him pleasantly amused -- a nice change from the type of dream he's used to having. Reaching for the Hitomi, he picks it up. The connection ends. ]

Was this dream a fabrication?

I cannot comprehend why Naruto would behave in such a manner.

As to the cloth disguise upon your face, I would suggest that if true secrecy is your aspiration, you would do better to control a body with chakra from a distance. Cloth cannot conceal your actions as tidily as another mouth can ensure that your facial expressions reveal only what you desire for them.

Ahh... Nagato. [ Half a bit of an awkward smile! ]

This... actually happened, though Naruto was very young and a bit of a prankster at that age.

He's changed quite a lot.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'll keep them in mind.

If Naruto behaved in this way towards me, I might find myself discomforted by his actions. I am pleased that he has not attempted to "prank" me. A person attempting to undermine my express wish not to be the recipient of a certain action would result in feelings of hostility ( ... )

[Sasori smirks briefly at the dream itself. Sakura was quite a cute child.

He nods.]

Sound advice, Leader-sama. If one must operate within a shorter range, however, other measures must be taken. My puppet Hiruko proved highly effective at concealing my true appearance before its destruction during the war. A puppet shell is a far more robust barrier than mere cloth.
