I have decided without even the smallest bit of doubt that I HATE customer service... I'm really not meant to do this sort of crap. :) I'm sure everyone who has a boring, shitty job says that, but after 14 years worth of various customer service jobs (and I'm only 30) I am really fed up with it and bored out of my mind!!!!!!!!! I always suggest the ESL thing. You can travel, see the world, meet tonnes of new people and it is just an overall great experience.
