A drug to fix mutations?

This looks like an awesome drug. Especially if it works as advertised. But even if not, it gives faith that every year we'll be a little bit closer to curing some of these diseases...

I think it definitely could help him, based on that article there. The article specifically calls out SMA as a disease that this drug could treat
