Was reading up the Kargil Review Committee Report.

Perhaps you wanted to refer to the our famous 'adjust maadi' and 'things will take care of themsleved' attitude?

Yes, yes precisely. (What is maadi?)

We, as a nation, seem to bungle along. Maybe it is not true, as some facts in the report indicate, but that at least is the impression created. And that is bad.

Blame it on democracy I say! Or is it more of corrupt politicians?! I strongly feel the former. Hail Communism all, shall we?
