I'm going to England when Maiden tours again...probably next year. Do any of you know if they always play The Rainbow on tour? If they do next year I'm definitely going. Well, whether they play there or not, I'm still going to see them somewhere in England. America blows. Land of opportunity my ass ( Read more... )

i'm afraid they never play the rainbow, it's too small for them now and actually i'm not sure if they even put gigs on there anymore :0( they just play the big arenas, i'm not sure which in london maybe hammersmith apollo? but in the north it's usually sheffield arena, manchester MEN arena, etc.
i think you will like england though, i would definitely suggest coming to london, you would love places like camden, they have loads of cool alternative shops and a market, etc. it would be cool if you came to see them in the north though, we'd get to hang out! but if you're in london i might be able to come down and meet you though! we could go see maiden together :0)

I guess you're right about The Rainbow...I didn't think of that. I figured since it's one of their original places they would. But Hammersmith is just as good!

That'd be awesome if we saw Maiden together! That would be one hell of a plan! lol I'm going with my dad, he's a great guy. He's the reason I'm into Maiden so much. I'm reeeeeally looking forward to going. Not just because of Maiden but I've always wanted to visit England. I'm infatuated with your country!!!! lol

By the way, over here we have this car insurance commercial and the character sounds JUST like Steve Harris lol. I was so amused when I first saw it lol.

America is boring and New England is too cold. I miss Australia.

i don't live in england, but i think it kind of sucks. wales too. the only good thing is that supermarkets are open pretty much 24/7, unlike in sweden. i don't know how it is in the us.
