So I've just realized that I signed up for a secret santa over in dA land, and completely forgot to sketch out the base for my gift before leaving my scanner behind in PA. >.>; So I loaded SAI on the desktop computer here and sketched something up that I think I can work with ( Read more... )

His lower thigh (the one closer to the ground) is too short. There needs to be more space between his hip and his knee, there. I might also suggest that his muzzle needs to be a little more protrudant, but I don't know if that's a character trait or not, just that it looks "barely there" in here ^^

Also, what is that... whatever it is, wrapped around the central root of the tree? Is that another root? XD It looks kind of odd.

Yeah, the leg positions on the second two DO look funny. I like the first change one best ^^ I think that one works.
