Guess who got contacts (like an hour ago)?! ^_____^v It took me a good 10-15min trying to put one in >_< I kept wanting to blink....and they definitely feel weird...I'm way too used to having peripherial blur spots! But the doctor was really funny and nice, he was only 10 years older than me and so talked like our age group XD I started laughing

I'm pretty good at putting my contacts on now. It takes so time, you'll get used to it. ^^ But in the beginning I was kinda scared of taking my contacts out. ._.;; Last year when I tried contacts, I had scratched my eye and um . . . couldn't try it again until before school started this year. xD;;

Actually it was ^^ yeah? but I was really afraid of sticking sometime in my eye at first (and still am) o_O

He's not my usual optometrist, just a random doctor that happened to be there at the glasses place XD I laugh easily, even if it's about the smallest thing. And also we were joking around about the nose bridge size difference between Asian and caucasian people ^^;;;; so that got the guy laughing too.

I still struggled this morning >_< but hopefully I'll get used to it ^^ Taking it out is kinda creepy too... You scratched your eye? ouch!

A week from now it should be more of a breeze. It was actually pretty easy for me after a few days, and now it's way easy! Taking it out is kinda creepy.
And it's kinda funny sometimes, because I was at an outdoor school trip and I took out my contacts without a mirror. My cabin mates stared at me with interest. lol.
Yeah, my optometrist thought it was because my nails were kinda long. ^^;; You should probably be careful about nail length.

I have no idea how the conversation got carried away to there XD;; It was quite funny though 8D

Putting them in yesterday was much easier ^^v I find (in a sense) touching my eyeball to be kinda creepy lol. But wow, taking them out without a mirror is amazing O_O Took me a while to be able to get my ear rings in without a mirror XD;

PS. Out of curiosity, can I ask how did you find my journal? ^^ Just wondering cuz you're not on my flist...not that I mind, of course :)

I used to wear them daily, but now they get all itchy after a few hours so I only wear them at school (and when I don't have afternoon classes) :(
