Marie was ready for her date with Jamie and trying not to be too nervous.

She checked her makeup for the tenth time, smoothed her dress and looked at the clock. He was late and she hoped nothing was wrong. Then she wondered if she had the time wrong.

With a sigh, she started pacing again.

There were bad memories of frogs and there was helping the roomie when she needed it. No question at all where Willow would be.

"I'm here, I'm here!" she said, coming into the room. "What needs doing?"

Marie let out a sigh of relief.

"Do I look okay?" she asked. "And I think Jamie's late. I hope nothing bad happened."

"Guys are dorks like that," Willow told her. "You get used to it and try to channel all that panicking energy into triple checking that you didn't get lipstick on your teeth."

Marie nodded. "Am I okay?" she asked, opening her mouth so Willow could check her teeth. "I'm not overdressed or underdressed am I? I think we're going to Cafe Fina."

Jamie knocks on the door. Yeah, he was an hour late. What do you expect from an evil duplicate?

Marie opened the door and smiled. "Hi," she said. "I was starting to get worried about you."

"Why?" Jamie asked looking oblivious, not only to what time it was but also because he looked like a total slob in just his ratty t-shirt and jeans. "Am I late?"

"I thought we were meeting an hour ago," Marie said, blinking as she noticed his attire. "Um, and I thought we were going to Cafe Fina. I can change though, if you want."
