I've been wondering. Was UB really intended to be a kids cartoon? I mean there are so many weird and offbeat scenarios that children in no way would understand. I mean UB is cutesy and whatnot, but Mangoose would freak kids out...There are also so many things that young kids just wouldn't notice or 'get

i think that it's just one of those shows that kids can watch, but parents can too because of the things that kids don't get / notice. I just watched an hour of the show haha so yeah. Mangoose freaks me out >_

there are a lot of shows intended for multiple audiences...just think of simpsons, south park etc...
theres humour in the shows for both a younger audience as well as adults . i think ub is probably more for kids though. kind of like spongebob...for some reason adults love that show

I had a brief obsession with Spongebob....I think just cos it was so bizarre.
I connected with UB on many levels. I loved the way it switched from something adorable to something that made me go WTF within seconds. I'm gonna have to have me a 2 6hr tape marathon soon.
I was working on a mural design with UB for my bathroom. Maybe I should take it up again.....although it might clash with the skull candle holders. :)
