Ya know what? One of my fave things about the mixed BBC saturday teatime fandoms (ie merlin, hood, who/torchwood et al) is the fact that on the face of it it's all aimed at 7-13 year olds or something and yet we have these amazing innovative and creative fan tributes. Seriously! Panto-fic? Genius. (FYI, just had reeeeal trouble spelling genius. And then again. Ironic Y/Y?)
Did you read an_lagat_glas' epic poem? And I do mean epic in all senses of the word. That's another instance of how hard our fandom rocks. People round here are really cool.
I certainly did and it was indeed epic; now there's a work of art! I love playing with slash- I don't think I could ever write half a dozen stories about the same pairing from the same viewpoint. Panto slash was just such a great idea even if the execution probably wasn't my best- I was still squeeing at JB in tights live.
