Change of pace
Some people get stuck on one topic. Whatever is their current state of mind or stressor or desire. Most common I see with girls around my age is babies/family, wedding planning/dreaming, and wine/chocolate. That last one may just be me. Chocolate is pretty fantastic and wine is growing on me.
