regarding Deathly Hallows. I did not preorder. I am probably not going to a release party. I am finding my self not caring about either of these things. I kind of hope everybody dies. I haven't even seen the OOTP movie yet. I really don't care. Although, finding I feel like this makes me feel pretty horrible. I still think Deathly Hallows = DH = D ( Read more... )

I'm kind of the opposite and almost envy you, as I'm actually getting sort of stressed about what could happen. Any particular reason you feel this way?

no, not really. although now my sister wants to go to a party in ames and I am finding myself kind of wanting to go. I think part of the reason I'm not all hyped up is I don't have anybody in Iowa other than my sister to hang out with at a release party. for HBP I took the girl I babysat and it was much of the same age group.

Heh, I guess that's more or less how I feel. I'm not excited about the book and was barely excited about seeing OotP, feeling vaguely embarrased as I went with my friend who insisted on drawing a scar on my head. I've preordered the book, but not really that excited. If it turns out that the Post Office screws up (as I more or less suspects it will), then I won't complain all that much.

So you're not completely alone in not caring about the release.
