\o/ you'll get an email from your gang leader which will contain rules and instructions. and as for what you did, you signed up to play a game! it's kind of ... murder mystery-ish? (I actually don't know if anybody's going to be killed this time, but last time there was a murder to solve) and there are puzzles to solve along the way, and if you get stuck, that's what your gang is for! IT'S GOING TO BE AWESOME.
