Thats such a cute top

In my opinion i think the outfit would be cuter if the skirt was shorter~ show them legs XP
Maybe if the top was over the skirt inside of vice versa

Try adding something to the skirt so it doesn't look so random.

But then again you know more about the fashion than i do >_

the skirt is sewn onto the top lol. ya i was thinkin about cutting it shorter. i'm just not used to wearing short skirts haha. i get kinda embarassed ^_^;;
