Summary : Noah was only 9 months old when Cale decided it's time for him to join his band mate to do some show to promote Kris upcoming second album. How James will react to his sudden decision?

It was a busy morning for James because minus the 6 hours he spent on his sleeps; he only got 6 hours left to prepare not only himself, but also his boy Noah so that they can get into the plane right on time.
He can’t help but to feel excited and anxious in the same time although it’s only more than 24 hours James didn’t see his husband face.
He hoped Cale felt the same way like he did right now.

“Why you keep looking at your watch today?” Kris side glanced to his friend when he noticed Cale kept looking at his watch from time to time.
“Just to make sure I don’t forget to pick up James at airport today,” Cale murmured his voice as his hand busy tuning his guitar.
Kris nodded his head, “Feeling nervous already? Come on, it’s only 24 hours you didn’t see his face. Since when you being this clingy over your partner?”
Cale smirked, “Said the guy who decides to cancel today rehearsal because he doesn’t want to leave his bed this morning.”
“It’s Adam who didn’t want me to go, not the other way around,” Kris pointing his finger right in front of Cale faces.
Just in time, Adam was walking toward both of them with a cup of hot coffee in his hand.
He smiled warmly to them, “What are you guys been talking about?”
Cale looked up to Adam with a small smiled on his face, “Kris here told me that you don’t want …”
Kris quickly covered Cale mouth with his hand, making Cale voiced muffled a little bit.
Adam frowned when he saw his husband sudden action.
Kris who noticed the frowned quickly changed the subject, “What are you doing here Adam?”
“Can’t I visit my own husband during their practice session?” Adam said with worried tone in his voice.
Kris let out his nervous laughed, “Of course you can. By the way, James will be here today so there’s a chance we get to meet out godson.”
Adam nodded his head grinned, “It’s been a while we get to see Noah. I miss that kid so much.”
Cale pushed Kris hand from his mouth, “Sorry, your husband here just ruin your chance to meet your godson. Feel free to blame it on him.”
Adam turned his gazed to Kris, “What is going on here?”
Kris quickly shook his head, “Nothing. Cale is just joking around.”
Cale let out his small sighed, “Let me know when you’re ready to start the practice, Kris.”
He left his guitar on his chair as he made his way to the washroom.

“James, over here,” Cale raised his voiced a little bit when he saw James presence with Noah in his arm looking around at the gate.
James laughed happily when he saw Cale and the other two guys at his sides?
He quickly walked over to his husband instead of fetched his bag first.
“Adam? Kris? Why are you here?” James frowned when he saw these two guys at Cale side.
Cale quickly responded James question before Kris or Adam got the chance to answer it, “They want to see their godson.”
“Oh come on, it’s not like we’re going to steal your child away, Cale,” Kris laughed to see his friend still sulking over their little fight.
Adam shrugged, “I have no idea what’s happened to them but I want to hold my godson like right now.”
James laughed to himself and handed Noah to Adam.
Noah didn’t cry although he’s been hold by a guy who he rarely met in his life. Instead, he looked amusedly at Adam with his big chocolate eyes.
Adam laughed happily to see his godson staring back at him. He glad he didn’t scare Noah away.
James pulled Cale away from Adam and Kris who right now busy make baby talk to Noah, “Is everything okay between you and Kris?”
Cale let out his deep sighed, “Yeah, we just got into a meaningless fight because he said I’m being clingy over you.”
James smiled warmly to his man and tip his toed a little bit to kiss Cale lips, “I don’t have any problem to know my man is clingy over me because you already know I’m always protective and clingy over you most of the time.”
Kris momentarily shifted his eyes to James and Cale and saw his friend already smiled again.
Maybe being clingy to James is not a bad thing after all.
Kris being the closest friend in Cale life was easily noticed all those changes because he never saw all of these happened when Cale still dated Kate before.
One thing that he noticed the most was, James can easily bring smiled to Cale face. He didn’t know how James did it, but that’s what happened to Cale most of the time.
Cale smiled to himself as he walked back to his friends and his son hand in hand with James, “I think we should go fetch James bag and leaves this place as soon as possible. I already plan how this evening should be happening.”
Adam looked amusedly at Cale, “Does that means I get to babysit Noah while both of you spending time together?”
Cale giggled, “I’m sorry but the plan is also involving my son. You will get to play with him some more tomorrow.”
Adam winked to Cale, “I will keep you to that promise, Cale.”

Since it’s already evening, Cale decided to bring his mans to climb up the Empire State Building.
James was utterly confused when he stood at the building looking around the city because there’s nothing interesting to watch.
“Shhh…just wait and see for yourself,” Cale cooed a little when his watch pointing directly at 7pm.
James mouth slightly opened when the city finally light up their building little by little. It’s only a small portion at the beginning, but soon it turned into mass and the sky is not dark yet.
The view turned into more fascinating when the sky turned dark 30 minutes after that.
James totally captivated with the view while Noah giggled happily to see the light keeps appearing from time to time.
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” Cale grinned when he saw James amused face.
“I don’t know what to say Cale,” James blinked his eyes, switching his gazes between the city view and his husband face.
Cale smiled and wrapped his hand around James waist with his head on James shoulder, “You don’t have to.”
James slightly turned his head and kissed Cale scruffy cheeks, “Thank you for bringing us to here. I know you have a busy schedule with the show and yet you are here with me and Noah staring at the city.”
Cale grinned when he saw Noah kept making that cute baby voiced every time a new light been turned on at the building, “It looks like our boy really enjoying the view too.”
James chuckled, “I know. I’m glad he didn’t cry at the airport when Adam holds him considering he rarely sees his godparent after all.”
“Did he cry when he got into the plane today?” Cale asked.
James shook his head with his eyes stayed fixed on Noah, “Other than kept looking around the place, he didn’t cry at all.”
Cales smiled listened to James explanation. He tugged James hand to his own and led their way, “We should get dinner and ice cream for Noah because he’s being a good boy today.”
James nodded his head and let Cale led to their next destination.

“Are we lost or something?” James curiously asked Cale when he started to notice a lot of Chinese people on the street that they were currently walking.
Cale chuckled when he saw James frowned face, “No…we’re currently at Chinatown. I was thinking to have Chinese food as our dinner, so what’s better than to have it here, right?”
James frowned, “Do you even know where to go right now? What if we lost in the middle of the city?”
“Trust me,” Cale tighten his hold on James hand, “We get to see other American at here. We can ask them way out from here if we happen to lost in the middle of this city although it’s not a problem as long as Noah not crying. The city can be too loud sometimes.”
James found himself starting to surround with a lot of building that putting sign in Chinese word.
He looked over at Noah to see his responded about the place.
Noah blinked his eyes looking around his surrounding as a sign he started to notice the noise that people made around him.
There’s sound of people yelling and people talking in a language that James completely can’t understand at all.
He’s not sure how Cale can find all of this is fascinating.
Cale grinned with his eyes sparkled looking at James. His husband was acting like a 5 years old kid entering a candy store as they continued walking the street of the town.
“He’s really enjoying this place,” James thought to himself.
The good thing about all of this was Noah still hasn’t cried since all of them were currently walking in the middle of noisy town.
It makes James believe that everything will be just fine for them.
He replied the squeeze that Cale gave him, making Cale turned his head and stared at him.
James lips curls into a small smiled, “Let’s go get our dinner, shall we?”
Cale chuckled happily and nodded his head; tighten his hold on James as they continued strode down the town.

“Being in New York is like falling in love over and over again every minute,” James grinned to himself with Cale at his side walking around at park with ice cream on his hand and Noah at his other hand.
Cale chuckled, “Even with Noah at here?”
“Um..hum…,” James smiled and stared at Cale with love all over his eyes.
Cale stopped and turned James to face him.
He slowly lower down his head and captured James lips to him while in the same time passing his breathe into James in their kisses.
James happily replied the kiss and moved closer to Cale to deepen their kiss.
Both of them totally forgot that Noah was there to witness their action.
“Wait here for me, okay?” Cale softly whispered only for James to hear.
James frowned, “What…?”
Cale left him and Noah for a while only to go up to a guy who currently standing playing his guitar for his show.
Cale had some talked with the guy and he seemed to agree with what Cale just said to him.
James chuckled to himself when he saw Cale walked back to him with guitar in his hand, “Are you going to serenade me Bella Notte or something at here?”
Cale strapped the guitar onto his shoulder and started strumming the guitar string.
He grinned to himself as he heard James word on his song selection, “I’m not a hopeless romantic like you and you already know that, but I can be one sometimes.”

Noah clapped his little hand like he did every time he saw his daddy sang something in front of him. He continued clapping his hand and made that cute baby voice every now and then.
Some of the time he will giggle when he saw Cale making weird face during the song.
James fixed his eyes on Cale and totally been captured into a world called “Cale Mills World”.
The only thing he noticed right now is his man singing his song for him and his boy clapping his little hand.
It’s kind of amazing because after all these years, Cale still managed to put him into that zone considering the number of song his husband had already dedicated to him.
And timing's everything

“No, you won’t,” Cale lowered down his head again and started kissing James passionately.
