In terms of the fucked-up people. I don't know what to say to help you with that...People just have hidden layers. Sometimes they're not pretty, sometimes they're nicer than the shell. But hey, as long as you give people a chance, it's their choice what they do with that chance.

And, if it helps...the fact that you're even aware of how...dire the situation is in today's world, means that you can help change it or raise awareness in others. Just 'cause we're all cynical robots doesn't mean we can't change our fates. And it's not weird to be jealous of your parents...ok, maybe it's just a bit weird, but i luv you anyway.

I totally agree with being jealous of your parents. I wish I could protest without getting beaten and raped by the LAPD.
