I'd want a natural redhead playing you, just saying; ...but I mean, he is blond. If they dyed his hair the proper red/strawberry blond, I would be behind that casting choice in a heartbeat.
This is very true--but I've noticed lately that the movie industry seems less and less inclined to pay attention to appearances. I mean, all the versions of Dorian Gray on film ever have been dark-haired, and this is not keeping with the dichotomy Oscar wished to express, i.e. the blond-haired cherubic Dorian being corrupted and wicked. So I am concerned about details like this getting overlooked.
