yes but when the word balances out she'll have a limp, so take one mushy guys advice hug your daughters, hug Vang and realize there are those of us you may not even know who are sending our prayers to the goddess on your behalf, for a brighter better today.

OR alert her to the fact that we want this job to work for Vang more than anything and that if her BOR-ass dares to come in between him and this job one more time, me and my ass-kicking squad will be there quickly to not only kick her MF ass, but also make sure Vang gets to Eureka or wherever he needs to be. No BOR will stand in your way, be sure of it.

If you use this as another reason I am supposed to live in Missouri I am going to cry because you are probably right. :(

It's early to me, but later now . . . so what happened?

Thank you guys so much. Its nice to see people stand up for you once in a while. If I didn't sound like the biggest idiot I might even go as far as saying "You got my back." Except I am just to old and white and motherly to pull it off. bUt all your comments helped me restrain myself in her presence. You know she didn't even apologize? I feel bad if I come in five minutes late for my shift and someone has to wait on me! She screws me over and asks if anything else happened ( ... )

I say make her bail often enough that they fire her.

And I am ASHAMED to have anything to do with getting you to keep your peace!

I wish we had gotten you fired up so you had TOLD THE BITCH OFF!!

It's only right!

Get on with it!

Hi there, I just noticed you on my friends list, so I read this post. I simply cannot believe how exactly much like your sister your mind works, it's amazing. Different topic, but the exact same train of guilty thoughts.

How did your weekend alone go? Did you manage to put your guilt aside? I'm a parent of 2, so I can identify with much of what your concerns are about enjoying your much needed break, versus abandoning your responsibilities as a parent. However, I learned the joy that is Grandma Camp (my mom keeps the kids for a week in the summer) and the energy and renewed parental vigor I experience after I torture my own mother with my two hellion children is well worth overcoming the guilt I feel when I call up there to see how they're doing and she's saying stuff like "don't light the parrots tail on fire" and "oh my god, what *is* that???"

The kids hardly noticed I was gone. Of course things didn't go as smoothly as I could dream for but what ever does? I was almost sorry when it wa sover. Almost. Still I think this was agood test and maybe something I should try to pursue in the future. And I think Erica would be simply mortified to have her mind compared to mine. She believes me to be entirely to motherly and sedate for her tastes. Some might say she knows me not . . .

I'm soooo happy that you went! You should do something like this more often. I'm finally getting Dad to come up to New Hampshire with me and Nathan this summer for part of our time up there (We'll be there for about a month and he'll be there about a week). I don't think he has been on a REAL vacation since he, Mom, Kate and I went to Florida when I was 8 years old (I'm almost 28!).
Always remember, VACATION IS GOOD. No matter how short or long, or what your price range is (Nathan and I rediscovered St. Louis as "tourists" a couple of Spring Breaks ago...there was a lot of stuff I had never seen or been to and most of it's free or incredibly cheap!) Even if you only get a day to yourself once in awhile...the rejuvenation is worth it!
