Keeping it simple

We are all better negotiators than we think. I always amaze myself. Just keep it simple and calm. You may just want to find a polite and positive way of letting them know that you would be taking a paycut if you worked for them. They might negotiate. If they don't, it still sounds 100% better than what you have to deal with right now. Sanity is very important.

I already have pink hair, that's nothing like having a blue racing stripe. So you just have to go ahead and do it and not let this be one more way you chicken out. So hair, Check.

I have a strawberry shortcake cake pan which will make one lumpy cake that looks nothing like strawberry shortcake if you want it. :) Or you could make a cake that looks like her little house. Or you could make one that looks like her hat, and then a bunch of strawberry shaped cupcakes. Or you could decorate a cake to look like the head of the original PupCake. There are a billion ideas here fro a Strawberry Shortcake party . . . Check.

without seeming like you're complaining, try to emphasize that you NEED to make a certain amount of money, but also NEED to find a more professional enironment to work in. That way, they'll know you need to leave your job, for a legitimate reason nonetheless, (it also compliments them and lets them know you think they are achieving that professionalism), but that you also need to have at least the same pay.

or maybe consider that saving your self respect and sanity might be worth putting a little money on a credit card for a year until you can pay it back. i'm not suggesting going into debt like me, but you NEED to get away from your current situation at all costs. Don't make it sound like you'r not worth it, because you are, and you need to realize how important changing your job is to you and your whole family.

I did not change my picture. In fact I had not realizd it was changed. I wonder how that happened?
