Did I ever tell you how much I used to love my job? My kids told people how important mama was and how she helped the police catch bad guys by telling them what houses they were hiding in and what companies they were robbing. It felt good to have a job that made people feel safe and my kids look at me like I was important. Granted I am no longer ( Read more... )

That what I do. Actually I applied for this job after he told me about his. When this place goes belly up, and believe me it will, then maybe Jim's company can swoop in and get all our customers. We, however, probably won't hear about it until we show up for work and the door is locked, the lights out and our decreped furniture filling the dumpster.

Jessie, I can't even make a logical remark about this situation because it is so utterly preposterous. He's docking you nintey minutes of pay for a total of six minutes tardiness without telling you, and without it being actual policy? I don't think that's even legal. This is bullshit.
