Renegade prompt from The Flame

Time had no meaning. Not here anyway. Sometimes it seemed like every minute lasted a decade, while at other times a day would pass in seconds. He wasn’t sure what was worse - he wished for it all to end, but also longed for more time.

His wrists still felt like they were probably covered in bruises from when they had dragged him to this place. He ( Read more... )

Hello! I'm here to give you your edits! Before we begin on content crit--for which I don't have much; your story has a nice, dreamy quality-- I shall focus mainly on SPaG, which I have a few notes on. Let's begin ( ... )

Thank you so much for the edit.
Yeah I'm really no good with commas - I think I've got the hang of it one second and then it all falls out of my head again *shakes head at self*. I always feel so bad for whoever has to edit my work - I probably make them twitch a little with my ridiculous punctuation-fail. At least I (hopefully) seem to be improving over time.
This was just one of those sticky stories where I knew what I wanted to happen but didn't know how to word it. This then led to words that were supposed to be deleted getting forgotten. Oops!
Thanks again for reading and commenting!

It was really no problem at all, don't think to apologize at all! Your story was fun to read, and the commas can be a tricky thing, so don't feel bad a bit about it. Thanks for being open to your edit, and allowing me the opportunity to you read your work. It was a pleasure!

Thank you for your comments! I did realise after I had posted this piece that it had a Romeo and Juliet feel (which I can't decide how I feel about after too much of it for college lol). I do like bringing characters together in death. Possibly because the romantic in me still wants that even after killing my characters *grins*
I think at some point I will end up expanding this story - I agree that it needs... More. I'll add to it when I can think of how to do it.
Thanks again.
