After a hard day's work they had scattered their clothes around the bedroom and crawled under warm and soft blankets, no bothering with switching lights on and off. Nuzzling and curling up against each other, they slept.
As morning broke, eyes cracked open to be shut again. Saga felt good, rested and just perfectly warm. There was a hand on his shoulder, pads touching his skin ever so slightly. He slowly turned around to peak beneath his lashes at his still slumbering lover and smiled. He placed a hand upon Shou's and closed his eyes fully again to doze some more. One of his feet probed forward, searching for the vocalist's to gain another spot of connection, intimacy.
As his dreams tried to lure him back he felt a peck on his cheek, the lips curling into a smile as a second was place right above.
"Good morning." A mere whisper.
"Shh."
A head nestled on his chest, listening to the peaceful beat; an arm was draped across his belly.
There was no rush today, they could stay like this for hours and hours.
And that they did.
