Go see your OB/GYN and ask for some low dose birth control pills. I used to have terrible cramps like you, but since I started taking the pills I hardly have cramps at all! And they cost about $10 for 3 months of pills.

I'm actually already on birth control pills. The cramps have improved but not always =P I think part of why they were bad today was that I've been all stressed and pissy and just all sorts of crazy =P I dunno I'm pulling that out of my arse. Maybe I need to change my pill?

You may need to change pills. The dosage and what medicine is used varies from brand to brand. I'm on Levlen 28 and it's always worked for me.

I'm on Levlen too. I've been on it for a long time but yeah maybe it's time to change. WE'll see.
