CHAPTER THREE
Yamada woke up with the knock on the door. He clicked his tongue and prepared a dagger look to whoever woke him up. Still in his rumpled pajamas, he went to the door, dragging his blanket. He opened to door and he gazed at the maid that was looking at him nervously. “What?”
The poor maid swallowed hard and stuttered. “R-Ryosuke-sama, your father wants you to go to the living room now. He said you have a guest.”
He knotted his forehead and heaved a deep sigh. “Shoo away the guest and tell that person I am not in the mood to entertain him.” He said as he closed the door and went back to his bed. Glancing to his side, he smiled as he saw Takaki’s smiling picture. “Good morning, Takaki. If only you’re here, you won’t mind me sleeping at this hour, right?” He said dreamily.
A knock once again interrupted him and he was no longer in the mood to act good this time. “What do you want? I told you to let the guest leave!” He shouted as he threw his pillow to the door.
“I am sorry to interrupt you, Ryosuke. But your father told me to get you from your room.” A voice said and it was really a soothing one.
“Who are you?!” He asked. The voice was really familiar to him but he just can’t remember who it was.
The guy from outside chuckled. “You really have everything to ruin my guts, Ryosuke. This is Yuto Nakajima, if you can remember.” The guy said.
He dug up his mind about this Yuto guy and he came up with that bad-guy looking that was on the garden and spoke about Takaki. Jerk, he thought. “Why are you here?” He asked.
“I’m only going to answer that after you go out, Ryosuke.” Yuto said and he knew he was smiling.
“I’ll go out after I take a bath.” He said and he heard footsteps that were walking away from the door. He sighed and sniffed his self. He slightly coughed and covered his nose. “I think I haven’t had a bath after Takaki left.” He then headed to the bathroom for a bath. He badly needed one.

After finally taking a bath, he headed out from his room wearing comfortable clothes. He wore a gray shirt and just paired with black jeans and he didn’t even bother combing his messy hair but he knew he looked good with it. He just didn’t see any reason why he should make his self presentable for Yuto.
He saw his father talking with Yuto on the living room. He knotted his forehead as he watched them both. “Daddy, why is he here?” He asked as soon as he got nearer to them, then took a seat beside his father.
His old man just smiled at him. “Isn’t it good to see someone paying a visit to my son?” He asked and happiness was really visible from it. “Then, I will now leave you both.” He continued as he stood up, with the newspaper on his hand.
“Dad-“
“Good morning, Ryosuke.” Yuto greeted and smiled at him.
He raised his brow while looking at him. “Stop calling me ‘Ryosuke’. I am Yama-chan.” He said as he sighed.
Yuto smiled widely. “Then, I will call you ‘Yama-chan’ from now on. Thank you for letting me call you-“
“Ah, no. I just…” He said as he blushed. He didn’t know though why he suggested to be called with his nickname. And he didn’t know why he was acting like this.
“Mind to tour me around your mansion?” Yuto asked as he smiled and stood up.
He then just stood up. “Let’s just go to the garden.” He suggested as he headed out first.

The chirping of the birds sounded as though it was a song that welcomed them, along with the blossoming of the beautiful flowers that were surrounding them. The cold wind blew and it filled their lungs, making them both feel good.
“It’s really a pretty garden.” Yuto said and visible awe was on his face, admiring the whole place. “It’s like a paradise.” He continued.
He smiled proudly. “Of course. This is my favorite place after all.” He said and let his eyes roam around the garden. He then sighed and smiled bitterly.
Yuto grabbed him to the wooden table on the center of the garden and his eyes widened. “H-Hey…” He said as he swallowed the lump on his throat.
The other guy just smiled widely at him, making the creep look cute. “I saw your eyes being covered with sadness again. I am here to lift you up.”
He raised his brow after hearing what Yuto said. “And how would you do that?”
Yuto’s smile faded and looked at him with a serious face. “Tell me about your problems and tell me about your heartaches.”
A sudden wind blew on the garden, making some petals of the flowers flew and it felt as though that time was precious. The birds started chirping once again, and he filled his lungs with the fresh air as he found his self smiling. “I once fell in love.” He started.
Yuto just nodded, nudging him to continue talking.
He chuckled and sat beside Yuto on the wooden table. He didn’t know why but he ended up talking about his life to this guy, they weren’t even that close yet. “His name is Takaki Yuya. We loved each other so much. I knew him for about 3 months. He keeps on waiting for me outside our gate and with bouquet of flowers on his hand. He must have known I really love flowers. That was our first talk and I let him in to this garden.” He said as he let his roam around again and smiled bitterly. “After 3 months with us getting to know more about ourselves, he proposed to me here in this place.” He paused. “And of course, I said ‘yes’.”
He looked at Yuto and he noticed him having a grim look. “Yuto-kun?” He asked as he looked at him, wondering.
“Ah, no. Just ignore me.” Yuto said as he smiled. “Go on.”
He sighed deeply and looked at the blue sky. “He ran away during our wedding.”
The wind blew once more, making his hair cover his face. He was still hurting but something felt wrong. And he just didn’t know what part of his feelings was wrong at the moment.
Yuto reached his long hands to his face and touched his hair, looking at him with such wonderful eyes. “Date with me.”
His eyes widened with surprise and he felt a sudden lump on his chest and throat. He will date Yuto? Somehow, all part of him told his mind that dating Yuto was just simply… wrong.
