Carol Stream might be an interesting shape as well.

It would be cool if these pieces could loosely fit together. I know it would be very difficult to cut out the burbs outlines one one sheet of masonite. But maybe if you kept them all the same scale, that would make it not only interesting to compare the sizes, but it would be cool to loosely fit neighboring suburbs together.

The ultimate in cool would be if you could make a silkscreen of a map the burb and print it onto the block. That would be mad crazy amount of work though.
