To get this community more active, I was thinking of having a fic/art exchange and lilmisfits8811 had the same idea as well. We could also do

Personally, I think a fic/art exchange would be just lovely. I think either that or a monthly (or whenever) challenge would definitely help. And it would generate more art/fic, so that's always a plus, as well! I know I'd participate!

Agreed! While I have not the skill nor tools to create icons/art I would happily participate in a fic exchange. And friendly mod challenges always help :)

Fic challenges are a lot of fun, and so are fic exchanges! We could have a monthly prompt and end-of-the-month fic judging... we could also do a fic exchange, say, for Valentine's day (well, it IS a shipper comm ^_^.). have everyone put together a list of what they'd like to have written for them, and distribute assignments secretly, to be posted in time for the holiday, either all together or one per day. I help run dimension_shop which works on this principle, so if you guys decide you want to do it and need help with logistics, I'm your girl!

Ah, I think that set-up is quite popular. We used it over at love_salad which is taken from hyoutei_exchange. Hm, most likely we'll be doing that there as well. Thanks for the offer :D

I think the monthly challenge sounds great. Give people a lot of time to work on it and to work it into their schedules.

Cute icon XD Yeah, things can get hectic at different times for different people. I sometimes get annoyed at weekly challenges sometimes since there'd be a theme I'd want to work with yet I don't have time.
