There is no Orthodox Church in the world would marry a completely non-Orthodox couple. As to accepting non-Orthodox Baptism, it is possible if the Baptism is in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit but your brother-in-law OR your sister would have to a member of the Orthodox Church in order to be married WITH the church, not just IN the Church. PLease do not make up stuff about a Priest. That is such a SIN.
In fact, both people in order to be marries WITH the Church, must be Christians; not Jews, not Muslims, not Jehovah's Witness', not Scientologists , not Hindus or nor Mormons. No other religions are acceptable to enter into marriage with the Church.
