Hair: Bleach blond
Physical traits: He's decently strong and fit even when his powers aren't activated, but nothing terribly out of the ordinary. When he activates jinki, his eyes change to a bizarre yellow and he gets two markings under each eye, as well as his blade weapon and arm sheath thing on his left side.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: He's cool with most anything, but talk to me first if you're going to talk about That Thing in Volume 2.
Abilities: Youhei is a jinki user; this means there is a metal ball embedded in his left hand that, when he activates it, summons a weapon and gives him special abilities. His blade cuts through the air in MASSIVELY BIG SLICES so it's the "shit he cut the walls and ceiling up and now they are collapsing" sort of deal. Along with that, he has some degree of super human strength and agility, since he can jump huge distances and run up walls, things like that. Most wounds he gets before or during jinki use heal almost immediately; this DOES NOT count with bigger wounds, it's a bit hazy. I'll do a better writeup on jinki/performing kensei later on, but that's a summary.
Notes for the Psychics: I am not sure whether jinki can be sensed by psychics, since it's technically a controlled Kanshu infection. However, he's otherwise a totally normal guy and is damn honest. Just about the only things he won't mention outright is anything related to his job (jinki, Kanshu, FLAG etc) and the fact that he's dead.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask for the first two, go nuts on the last two.
Maim/Murder/Death: Maim is okay; death is not, due to really bad canon consequences.
Cooking: He lives on his own, so I assume he can at least microwave stuff.
