Apparently Summit Entertainment had a picture by artist Kelly Howlett yanked from Zazzle because they believed - wrongly - that she was selling Twilight fan art.

No idea, although I imagine that there's no possible way to "hide" a site if you also want it to be accessible to non-logged-in people and show up in search engines (which you probably would want if it's a business?).

I hope that is meant as a joke, but it might be a defensive Twilight fan trying to argue that it is too fanart even if the artist does not admit it.

Unfortunately, it does sound like someone who thinks that if there is the vaguest Twilight link, that artist is an immoral, bad, evil person for trying to sell this picture.
