Jaina and Zekk turn from the window, where they had been studying the view of Newark.

"We had forgotten how primitive Earth was."

Zekk rubs his cheek for a moment, frowning at the bruising, before taking Jaina's hand in his. "It's nice to be out of Milliway,s though."

"Uh...thanks." Sam wrinkles her nose at them. "You guys really need to watch what you say here, or someone's going to get pissed off. That's America, a bunch of pissed off people who are pissed off at everything, living in houses in a country that pisses them off. And I'm glad you're glad to be out."

She picks up a computer-bag. "You ready to get on a bus for about thirty minutes?"

"Right," Jaina answers, shifting the duffel bag. "We'll keep that in mind."
