So a public declaration

So, Im going to try to lose some of the weight I have gained over the past year. About 2 years ago I had no car, which caused me lose lots of weight. I was down to about 185 or so. Walking 5 miles a day 4 times a week can do that for you. Unfornately do to having a car and become pretty dazmn happy and content with life, I have started to become ( Read more... )

So is someone going to be holding up a pudding cup or something at the top of every jump or climb? Because I can't see you going up or over a wall for anything less...

But seriously, I'm proud of you. I'm trying to do the same thing now. Getting back in shape after my accident has proven difficult. I'm on the road to sweaty recovery though. And at least with me I find that working out exercises what little demons you may be carrying with you. Thats the complete martial arts nerd coming out in me. I miss you and skimming burger king and riding in the back of your truck at high speeds over speed bumps by the school. You'll always have a place in my heart fat boy.
