What a Week!

It's been a week since Bounty Hunter was released into the wild. Sales have gone really well and I've got some lovely reviews so far. It also got to number 16 in Amazon.com's Top 100 Best Sellers in Children's Dystopian Sci-Fi Books It's at number 36 now but, still, not bad for its first week, and with no paperback.

I now have a Goodreads Author Read more... )

When your magic makes you a target

I love this tagline!!!

Many of my friends have had good luck with Goodreads, especially when they do giveaways. I think the paperback would really help there...I hope that gets sorted out soon? Any word from the other printer?

I think I emailed you about blog tours...they're not free, but they're pretty inexpensive and have yielded great results for my friend Diana.

I just came up with that tagline today! I'm going to use it on some Goodreads advertising.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to doing a Giveaway. There's not much happening all round. It's an endless waiting game.

Blog tours are definitely on my list! *hugs*

I see your got your Laon icon!! *Laon love*

Have you talked with Lawrence about it? Maybe he'd have some ideas...I hope you hear from someone who knows what he's talking about!

Laon is amazing!!! ♥

Glad to hear your book has had a good start! I just bought the book and will get into reading it soonish, I hope. The idea behind the book sounds really interesting. Wishing you all the best with it!

I also added you on Goodreads.

I'm so pleased its going well for you. If it helps at all, when the paper copy is released I can take one into the children's library where I used to work and ask them if they can add it to their YA section? Unless there's a technical, authory, copyrighty reason why it can't be loaned out in a library? I'm clueless about these things so let me know if that's the case.

And if there's anything else I can do to get the word out, apart from telling everyone, "You have to read this because I know the author and she rocks!" then please do let me know!!

Oh, thank you so much!! I have my own ISBN number so it can be distributed anywhere. Thank you again! Just keep spreading the word as much as possible. I think my biggest issue at this stage is letting people know I'm out there!
