and WTF?? Oral sex isn't SODOMY...... and they shouldn't even be CHARGED with sodomy. I'm sure they can challenge that particular charge considering what's going on in the rest of the country.

lol yea that's messed up..but both are illegal in va .....for some nonsense reason. The only problem I would have with this whole thing is that it happened in public..
