But here's a summary from what I see. (It may not be very accurate though as I'm guessing.)
Yuuki is evil, but Karin and Kazune help him turn good again through the help of some letters. Jin is possessed and hurts Kazune. Micchi tells Karin to take Kazune away and stays to fight Jin. Jin kills Micchi and Micchi spits out his ring. Kazune uses it to tranform.
Karin and Kazune attack the possessed Jin but are too weak. Future Karin comes, sorts things out. Jin goes back to normal, love tranforms with Karin. And the 3 of them destroy the zeus ring. Suzune, Future Karin, Rika, and future Kirika leave, turning time back to the first book. It shows the bed scene, but no Suzune drops down on them. They resume their normal lives and a few years later, Karin and Kazune marry. :D
There's a mini story at the end, but I don't really get what happened, except that there was major groping of Karin and kazune went into H mode. O.o YUp
It was a pretty good ending.
