Worried about Joey, Going to College of Dupage

Still worried about Joey. I hope that the wart thing doesn't get bigger and if it has to be removed it's just a singular problem instead of them finding other stuff (cancer) in his organs or something. I'm hoping that they'd be able to chop it off and be done with it and if it is cancerous it hasn't spread. I haven't even been able to see it yet

I have no idea where the growth is in the ear -- I can't find it, and it's much too dark in it and with hairs, etc. so I can't photograph it. The vet thought it was a tick at first (it's black and about the size of a tick). My mother said she thinks the worst case scenario is that they'd have to remove his ear, but unlikely he'd need chemotherapy or anything. I hope it is benign and doesn't grow.
