Hmm, it's from personalitycafe. I will search for the link, but the entirety is what I have listed here. You could just copy and paste (which is what I did on the website). You just rate each thing from 1-5 and then total the numbers for each category.

You are Sexual>Self-preservation>Social, which I think is accurate. That means that intensity and passion and one-on-one interactions drive you, then Self-protection, nice surroundings, and comfort, and then Social 'fitting in" and doing what you are "supposed to" and understanding the general functionings is the least important to you.
