Bullying and not Being Phased by It

My brother and I were talking yesterday and we talked about bullying. It started as a conversation of how many kids now get bullied online and it seems like more children commit suicide due to bullying than they did when we were little (though that might be untrue). That's messed up. I too was a target for bullying. I remember being called Gonzo by this kid, Manny. He lived a block away from me and was a big douche. He also sang a song to the tune of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

I guess he thought I had a really big nose.

I also remember this one girl, Charissa Emory. She would threaten to beat me up on a daily basis and eventually got transferred to another school. By 11th grade, all the bullies had graduated so it was a good year, but between 6th through 11th was just awful. I would cry and beg my parents to not let me go to school.

I'm sorry!:( I eventually left school, but that was due to overstimulation related to my autism. Except for art and science, which I still had at the public school, I was privately tutored my last two years of high school. But all through school I would cry and hated it and my parents wouldn't do anything until I was 16.
