my experience une day was basically an ice-breaker extravaganza. with activities such as scavenger hunts to get you familiar with the campus.
the weather? hmm...cold, yeah. raw. wet. very, very windy.
even on nasty days the ocean is beautiful so it kind of makes up for it.
as far as what there is to do...we've got movie theaters (there's a smitty's down the road with comfy chairs and a food menu) and there's the biddeford city theater...there's also portland that has artsy things and club-like things and really cool shops.
there's almost always good bands playing less than an hour drive every weekend
the campus also has activities on a regular basis, although the participation has dwindled this year
and if there's ever anything you wanted to happen on campus, chances are you could make it happen. une is cool like that
