I need cookie recipes! I have to make a heck of a lot of cookies for a cookie exchange in a few weeks, and I have NO IDEA what to make! Please, give me ideas! (No peanut butter, please. SOME people I live with are allergic. :P)

I made these last night and they've been a big hit. They're quite strongly flavoured, so you might want to cut down on the crystallised ginger.
