I think my favourite line from the promos is the "Your [scars] are going to look just like this" when he's got his shirt off.
I have to say that I'm incredibly excited for the Hotch pain and angstiness. And to see what kind of ridiculous thing they come up with to explain MGG's knee brace and inability to walk without crutches. My money's on Reid getting shot in the knee, based on the promos.
