I watched Blindness today. I've wanted to see it for a while, and finally decided to download it. I'm glad I did. God, it was pretty.

So pretty that I decided to picspam it.

The movie was interesting. I'd say I liked it, but that's not really the right words. Some parts were difficult to watch, but I love the way it was shot. There's extras on the DVD about how they made the movie. It sometimes looks like mud, then it's like a bright puddle of milk. I liked watching movies about the human condition and how terrible people can be when in certain extreme situtation.

oh, I wanted to see this when it came out and then promptly forgot it existed! *netflix*

I had two overwhelming emotions while watching this movie:

Man, people can be so horrible to each other.
I really really want to picspam all this pretty.

But in the end I just couldn't bear to go through it again to cap it, because the horror was so horrible. Both the beauty and the horror really stays with you, though.
